Super Appliance Parts Return/Exchange Policy

Exchange:

We may exchange any unused/uninstalled/unopened item in its original condition, in its original packaging up to 15 days of the date that you purchased the item from us. You agree to pay for the shipping expense occurs during the exchange.

Return & Refund:

You may return any unused/uninstalled/unopened item in its original condition, in its original packaging, up to 15 days of the date that you purchased the item from us for a full refund minus the original shipping cost.

To request an RMA, (Return Merchandise Authorization) Please send an email to: sales@saparts.net.

We will promptly respond with return instructions and the return shipping address.

Abuse of the return/exchange policy: Super Appliance Parts Inc. reserves the right to refuse to sell to any person or company for any reason if we suspect that a person or company is abusing our return/exchange policy.

The following items are not eligible for return/exchange under our 15-day return policy:

• Items not in their original condition.
• Items not in their original condition include, parts that had been installed. Parts that have been installed are considered used and can not be returned.
• Parts that are damaged during attempted installation.
